Sustainable Development
Besides services for the larger investors, companies and organisations Ganymedes has also the mission to be active in all layers of society. Therefore we are setting up package deals for SME’s (small and medium sized companies) and a similar program for Micro Finance. People using this don’t always need a consultant but some guidance or coaching can be very important. To support for example a sustainable development of Mongolia, Ganymedes is an important financial contributor and partner of the Mongol Saikhan Foundation.
So is GANYMEDES co-sponsor of the Marshall Loge in the Mongolian Academic Theatre for Opera and Ballet and was a main sponsor to the theatre’s 45th anniversary celebrations on May 15th. In a joined project between Ganymedes and Mongol Saikhan Foundation we are sponsoring the very talented ballet dancer Odsuren Dagva with participation to competitions and international dance class> In return we use his materials for Ganymedes (see our logo and website pictures) and Mongol Saikhan Foundation. After all, ballet is high class form of art and at the same time top sport for which one needs a good education, condition, discipline, endorsement, creativity and to be able to act as a soloist and team player at the same time. Just as in our fields of business! 
CPE
GANYMEDES supports Sustainable Development by having flexible CPE (Continues Programme of Education) for all its employees and providing training services free of charge for some social programmes.
World Business Council for Sustainable Development
GANYMEDES supports and shares the commitments made by The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) which is a coalition of 170 international companies united by a shared commitment to sustainable development via the three pillars: economic growth, ecological balance, and social progress. WBCSD members are drawn from more than 30 countries and 20 major industrial sectors. WBCSD also benefit from a global network of 35 national and regional business councils and partner organizations involving some 1,000 business leaders globally. WBCSD’s regional network is an informal confederation of more than 40 independent organizations united by their commitment to providing business leadership for sustainable development in their respective country or region. 

 
 
Introduction

Our company was established in March 2007 to house the consulting business of Panthere Midland Audit LLC, another Euro Mongolian Joint Venture Company but specialised in auditing, taxation and accounting services.

GANYMEDES board has broad experience and been professionally active for example in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, United States, Caribbean, Thailand, Philippines, China and Hong Kong. Within the direct network experts are available in the United States of America, Central & Latin America, Russian Federation, European Union, Australia and others. Thus GANYMEDES combines many years of experience in many countries and the expertise and cultures of the East and the West!

Ganymedes LLC is active on consultancy, management, investment, financial administrative services and training. We have experience on areas like accounting, payroll services, administrative consulting, outsourcing, M&A, finance & grants, investment consulting, business match making, but also Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management and general services like legal, translation and (re)location services.

 

Currently Ganymedes works for local organisations and for international organisations investing  in projects concerning real estate development, mineral resources, construction companies, industry, agriculture, food processing and IT. Besides that we also provide services for NGO’s and government agencies.
